Prof Ricky Lee, Mechanical Engineering, Won 2008 IEEE CPMT Electronics Manufacturing Technology Award

Prof Ricky Lee has won the 2008 IEEE CPMT Electronics Manufacturing Technology Award, in recognition of his major contributions to the field. Prof. Lee is known world wide for his research in various areas of packaging, his teaching and documentation of this research (materials, packaging and processing), and the presentation of this information via authored books, authored book chapters, refereed journals, conferences, various presentations, short courses, invited keynotes and seminars. Prof. Lee will be presented the award at the upcoming 2008 Electronic Components & Technology Conference (ECTC).
