Award winner Dr. Shao Jiawei shared his valuable research experiences and the challenges he faced with current research postgraduate students at the PhD Research Excellence Award Ceremony on May 30.

Ranking 16th worldwide, the HKUST Aero Team is the highest scoring Asian team among 107 international teams at the 2024 AIAA Design/Build/Fly Competition. This is also the best ever result achieved by the team since they first joined the competition in 2013.
