PhD Student received Best Student Paper Award in 2013 CS ManTech Conference
Electronic and Computer Engineering (ECE) PhD student Zhikai Tang received the Best Student Paper Award in the 2013 CS ManTech (Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology) Conference held in New Orleans, US, in May 2013. His paper "600 V High-Performance AlGaN/GaN HEMTs with AlN/SiNx Passivation" was co-authored by ECE PhD students Qimeng Jiang, Shenghou Liu and Cheng Liu, Prof Kevin J Chen, and former postdoctoral fellow Dr Sen Huang.
