Prof Ross MURCH (ECE) Elected IEEE Fellow

Prof Ross MURCH of the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering has been elected IEEE Fellow "for contributions to multiple antenna systems for wireless communications”.

 

The IEEE Fellow grade is one of the Institute's most prestigious honors. It recognizes extraordinary accomplishments in the profession and is conferred upon a person with unusual distinction and record of accomplishments in any of the IEEE fields of interest following a very rigorous review. To ensure that the recognition is extraordinary, the total number of recipients each year does not exceed 0.1% of the total voting IEEE membership.

 

The ECE Department is proud to have 13 IEEE Fellows.
