CIVIL PhD graduate, Dr An Kyoung-Jin, has been offered a teaching position (Assistant Professor) at the University of Tokyo. She will start her duty from April 2009. Dr An received her PhD degree from HKUST in 2004. She is currently Associate Professor at Harbin Institute of Technology Shenzhen Graduate School, Shenzhen, China.
