A joint undergraduate student team of five HKUST students and five HKUST(GZ) students won four awards at the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Tertiary Institution Innovation Project Invitational Competition on March 9, 2024.
Among the 21 international recipients of the 2024 Apple Scholars in AIML, PhD student Pi Renjie is the only one from a Hong Kong institution and one of the only three from an Asian institution.
