香港科技大學頒發2017年長期服務獎
香港科技大學(科大)舉行每年一度的教職員長期服務獎頒獎典禮，以表揚服務大學達20年的資深教職員的貢獻。
科大透過設立長期服務獎，向長期竭誠服務的教職員表達謝意，他們的重大貢獻令科大過去26年迅速發展。今年共有66名為大學服務20年的同事獲頒獎項。
科大校長陳繁昌教授與副校長、院長、系主任及部門主管一同出席頒獎典禮，大學更特別邀請得獎者家人及親友前來一起參與，分享喜悅，歡聚一堂。
陳繁昌教授於典禮上致辭時表示：「我衷心感謝長期服務的教職員多年來努力不懈，為大學發展作出貢獻。我們過往26年得以驕人的成績，全賴你們在背後一起默默耕耘，為科大的發展作出貢獻。」
科大設立長期服務獎，以表揚大學教職員的努力，及進一步加強他們對大學的歸屬感。
