香港科技大学颁发2017年长期服务奖
香港科技大学(科大)举行每年一度的教职员长期服务奖颁奖典礼，以表扬服务大学达20年的资深教职员的贡献。
科大透过设立长期服务奖，向长期竭诚服务的教职员表达谢意，他们的重大贡献令科大过去26年迅速发展。今年共有66名为大学服务20年的同事获颁奖项。
科大校长陈繁昌教授与副校长、院长、系主任及部门主管一同出席颁奖典礼，大学更特别邀请得奖者家人及亲友前来一起参与，分享喜悦，欢聚一堂。
陈繁昌教授于典礼上致辞时表示：「我衷心感谢长期服务的教职员多年来努力不懈，为大学发展作出贡献。我们过往26年得以骄人的成绩，全赖你们在背后一起默默耕耘，为科大的发展作出贡献。」
科大设立长期服务奖，以表扬大学教职员的努力，及进一步加强他们对大学的归属感。
