MPhil candidate Wing-Lun Ng and PhD candidate Tsz-Yin Man, both from the Electronic and Computing Engineering Department, presented their innovative IC design technology on 7 February 2006 at the International Solid-State Circuits Conference, also known as "Chip Olympics."
