Prof Chak Keung Chan, Chemical Engineering, Won First Prize in Natural Science Award of Ministry of Education in China

Prof Chak Keung Chan, Associate Professor of Chemical Engineering, has won First Prize in the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education in China in 2007. Prof Chan’s project was a joint effort led by Tsinghua University, in collaboration with HKUST and Tongji University on "The characteristics of emission and complex pollution of particulate matter and its precursors".
