工業工程及決策分析學系本科生於「CILTHK Student Day 2024」奪冠
由香港科技大學（科大）工業工程及決策分析學系四名本科生組成的隊伍於「CILTHK Student Day 2024」勇奪冠軍。
是次比賽由香港運輸物流學會（CILTHK）舉辦，旨在鼓勵大專學生在有限時間內就物流或運輸相關的題目準備簡報，從而提升他們的理解力、專業知識、分析能力、邏輯思維和溝通能力。
比賽於2024年3月16日在香港都會大學舉行。每個隊伍需要於限時一天內就一個與航空或航空業相關的題目準備15分鐘的匯報。科大隊伍的題目為「除了永續航空燃料計劃之外，航空公司如何在指定期限內實現淨零飛行？」他們憑藉深入的分析和實際的解決方案給評審團留下了深刻的印象，在眾多隊伍中脫穎而出。
