七項由工學院教授率領的研究項目獲香港研究資助局2023/24年度協作研究金及2023/24年度研究影響基金撥款，總額近3,900萬港元。
七個項目包括六項獲協作研究金（當中四項獲協作研究項目補助金，兩項獲新進學者協作研究補助金），資助年期均為三年；及一項獲研究影響基金，資助年期為四年。
