With the support of Hong Kong Jockey Club and IBM Global Business Services (IBM GBS), 2016 fall term’s Corporate Project “Go Paperless” is to help change work habits by reducing paper consumption in Hong Kong Jockey Club business units. Students interviewed staff of respective business units to understand their work procedures and tailor-make effective paperless policy and strategy under the coaching of mentors from IBM GBS.

The final presentation was held on 22 November 2016. Four teams of multi-disciplined students presented their ideas to compete for the Winner and Best Presenter. Judging panel was formed by department heads, managers and consultants from Hong Kong Jockey Club and IBM GBS. Winning team members are Benedict PRINTZ, Grace PARK, Sivaraam MUTHUKUMAR and David LIU who helped establish paperless work procedures for grant making process under Charities Business Unit.
