香港科技大学颁发2016年长期服务奖
香港科技大学（科大）举行年度教职员长期服务奖颁奖典礼，表扬服务大学达20年的资深教职员的贡献。
科大透过设立长期服务奖，向长期竭诚服务的教职员表达谢意，他们的重大贡献令科大过去25年迅速发展。今年共有89名为大学服务20年的同事获颁奖项。
科大校长陈繁昌教授与副校长、院长、系主任及部门主管一同出席颁奖典礼，大学更特别邀请得奖者家人及亲友前来一起参与，分享喜悦，欢聚一堂。
陈繁昌教授于典礼上致辞时表示：「科大的成就有赖长期服务的教职员所作的贡献。我非常感激他们努力不懈追求卓越。对于他们为大学尽心尽力的付出，令科大拥有今日的成就，我向他们表达由衷的谢意。」
科大设立长期服务奖，以表扬大学教职员的努力，及进一步加强他们对大学的归属感。
