机械工程学研究生队伍于「2024年中国大学生机械工程创新创意大赛」夺一等奖
香港科技大学机械及航空航天工程学系研究生组成队伍，于「2024年中国大学生机械工程创新创意大赛—智能精密装配赛（粤港澳赛区选拔赛）」中夺一等奖。比赛由中国机械工程学会主办，于2024年8月16至17日在深圳大学举行。
队伍由机械及航空航天工程学系的段默龙教授指导，成员包括机械工程学哲学博士生周屹丶刘帅及王思辰，机械工程学哲学硕士生叶鹏飞，以及综合系统与设计学部本科生徐子奕。他们将于本年稍後连同其他出线队伍，参加于北京理工大学举行的全国赛。
比赛围绕机械工程领域的创新和发展，旨在鼓励大学生通过创新思维和实践能力，解决机械工程领域的实际问题，推动行业的进步。参赛作品须能够将装配过程精确数字孪生技术丶图像识别与精确对准技术丶精密抓取技术丶精密螺纹连接技术等智能装配关键技术，与经济社会各领域紧密结合。
