Chi Ho LAU, MECH MPhil student, Won Best Student Paper Award of MRS International Materials Research Conference 2008

MECH MPhil student Chi Ho LAU, supervised by Prof Ricky LEE, has won the best student paper award of the Electronic Packaging Materials Symposium in MRS International Materials Research Conference, Chongqing, China, 9-12 June, 2008. The paper title is "Suspended Membrane with nanoscale Through Vias on a Silicon Substrate by Ofset Patterning Technique".
