IPO Get-together at the Organic Farm
To promote exchange among faculty members and well-being at the Interdisciplinary Programs Office, a get-together event was held on 22 May 2021 at a boutique organic farm.
IPO faculty and their family members took the kaito ferry together to head to the organic farm located in Clear Water Bay. At the organic farm, participants were able to enjoy an array of nature, culinary & wellness activities, including learning about organic farming, harvesting fresh crops, feeding baby goats, and baking their own scones. They particularly enjoyed the works at the field where different organic crops were planted. Faculty members also took this opportunity to relax and connect with colleagues outside of campus in a casual setting. We look forward to hosting more gathering events in the future to strengthen colleagues’ relationship and promote green living.
