Prof Fugee TSUNG, Acting Dept. Head of IELM, is the first person in Greater China awarded the 'Black-Belt' in Six-Sigma Quality Assurance qualification. Students in our department will learn from Prof TSUNG how to apply quality engineering techniques to help the product and service industries.
