Civil Engineering Student Won Final Year Projects Competition in Association of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Specialists (Hong Kong)
The Association of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Specialists (AGS) of Hong Kong organizes annual Final Year Projects Competition among four local universities. Each university is requested to nominate up to two students to participate in the competition. Civil Engineering undergraduate student Pui San So, supervised by Prof Charles W W Ng, won the AGS (HK) Final Year Projects Competition 2015 on 8th June for presenting his project “Effects of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) on Hydraulic and Mechanical Properties of Vegetated Soil”. He was awarded a cash prize of HK$5,000.
