周艷光教授當選國際先進材料學會會士
機械及航空航天工程學系周艷光教授於2024年1月當選國際先進材料學會（IAAM）會士。
會士榮銜是該會授予研究人員和科學家的主要榮譽，以表揚他們對先進材料發展的重大貢獻和努力。
周教授的研究重點是理解和設計納米級熱傳輸現象和納米材料，以應用於能源轉換、儲存和管理等廣泛範疇。他於2022年獲得IAAM青年科學家獎章，並於2021年獲得晴朗的心基金會頒發的香港創科研先驅獎。
