楊海教授研究項目獲2024-25年度「策略性公共政策研究資助計劃」撥款資助
由香港科技大學（科大）土木及環境工程學系講座教授楊海帶領的研究項目，獲得2024-25年度「策略性公共政策研究資助計劃」撥款資助。項目名稱為「粵港澳大灣區先進空中運輸網絡發展策略研究」，團隊成員包括同系的鄭展鵬教授及科大商學院的呂國棟教授，科大（廣州）的賈帥教授及孫曉通教授，以及香港理工大學的劉威教授。
項目旨在設計、分析和評估先進空中運輸網絡基礎設施，確保無人機安全和高效運行。團隊期望能在科大低空經濟「監管沙盒」進行實時空中運輸交流測試，並開發 3D 模擬框架，以應對無人機營運上的挑戰，推動大灣區空中運輸網絡發展的解決方案。項目的推行期為三年（2025至2027年）。
「策略性公共政策研究資助計劃」是政府為支持高等院校及智庫推行實證為本的本地公共政策研究而設的資助計劃。特首政策組為資助計劃的秘書處。
