Student of CIVL Dept Tse Yin-Man Won Best Final Year Paper Award 2005-2006 from American Society of Civil Engineers (Hong Kong Section)
Third-year student Tse Yin-Man, Civil Engineering, won the best Final Year Paper Award 2005-2006 from the American Society of Civil Engineers(ASCE)(Hong Kong Section). ASCE is a professional body, founded in 1852, to represent members of the civil engineering profession worldwide. It is the oldest national engineering society in the United States.
