郭嵩教授荣膺科睿唯安「2023年度最广获徵引研究人员」
计算机科学及工程学系郭嵩教授入选科睿唯安（Clarivate）计算机科学领域「2023年度最广获徵引研究人员」。
科睿唯安每年评选全球「最广获徵引研究人员」名单，以表彰在不同领域内极具影响力的顶级研究人员。每位入选的研究人员都撰写了多篇过去十年内在Web of Science引用次数位於其领域前1%的高被引论文且数量位居前列。
2023年度共有6,849名来自67个国家和地区的研究人员入选该名单。在全世界科学家和社会科学家中，「最广获徵引研究人员」的比例为千分之一。
郭教授於2023年加入香港科技大学。他是一位国际知名的领导者，在开发新型边缘智能架构丶算法和系统方面做出了基础性和开创性的贡献，可广泛应用於移动设备丶物联网和可穿戴设备等。自2020年以来，郭教授已连续四年入选该份榜单。
