技術轉移中心舉辦知識產權講座「我的發明能成功申請專利嗎？專利101–專利法的基本概念」
技術轉移中心在2019年4月1日於李兆麟伉儷演講廳 (LT-K) 舉辦知識產權講座。該講座邀請了香港知識產權法律事務所Eagle IP Limited 的副總裁及合夥人Jennifer Che律師以「我的發明能成功申請專利嗎？專利101–專利法的基本概念」為題，為聽眾講解專利的基礎。
在是次講座裡，Che律師解釋了專利法的基本概念，指出授權專利的必要條件。她深入淺出地講解了專利與其他知識產權種類如版權、商標和商業秘密的差異，並討論如何發展出有效的知識產權策略、發明人的重要性、發表將對專利帶來什麼影響，以及發明人在執行專利權利時的常見錯誤。
