MBTI® Workshop for IPO Students

IPO offered a 2-hour interactive Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Workshop on 26 October 2015 for IPO students to understand their strength and the potential area for growth.

MBTI® Instrument is widely adopted in over 70 countries to identify people’s preferences in the following four pairs of personalities:

  1. Extraversion vs Introversion

  2. Sensing vs Intuition

  3. Thinking vs Feeling

  4. Judging vs Perceiving

20 IPO students joined the workshop and practiced in the self-report questionnaire and discussions.  Ms Tiffany MAN, a MBTI® Certified Practitioner and IPO Career Advisor, guided the students to find out their personality preferences and helped them to understand their own natural strengths and potential areas for growth. Tiffany further explained the role of personality in job interview process and facilitated the students to start to think about their career path.

MBTI® Workshop will be held regularly for IPO students. If you are interested, please contact Tiffany at tiffanyman@ust.hk.
