The HKUST Industry Engagement Day Plus (IED+) recently made a significant leap, transitioning into an international conference focused on the pivotal role of advanced materials in driving sustainability forward.
Under the theme “Frontiers of Advanced Materials to Shape a Sustainable Future,” the event posed a fundamental question: How can advanced materials reshape the future of sustainability? Experts hailing from Spain, Seoul, and mainland China converged at this groundbreaking gathering, uniting to share profound insights that could redefine the sustainability landscape for years to come.
This conference, attended by a diverse array of over 150 participants, including industry magnates, dedicated researchers, and pioneering startups, was a melting pot of innovation and inspiration. More than just a forum for discussion, it became a showcase of transformative technologies, with over 10 cutting-edge solutions spotlighted, each pushing the boundaries of sustainable innovation.
