朱经武校长对陈家强教授获委任为局长的回应
就科大商学院院长陈家强教授获委任为财经事务及库务局局长一职，科大校长朱经武教授在传媒查询时回应如下：
「陈家强教授由科大才子，晋身为财经事务及库务局的『财子』，为香港财经事务出谋献策。他在新职位，将会在更大面积、更高层次、更广的空间，服务香港。香港之得，远超科大之失。我谨代表科大师生，给予陈教授最良好的祝愿。」
科大今日亦同时宣布，委任郑国汉教授为署理商学院院长，并同时于全球招聘商学院院长职位。朱经武校长表示：很高兴郑教授愿意在这充满挑战的时刻，肩负起这充满挑战的重任。
朱经武校长对郑教授担任署理院长职务充满信心，「郑教授不仅是著名经济学家，备受尊崇。他亦为科大创校成员，于一九九二年起加入科大。郑教授不仅具丰富的教研经验，并曾担任校内多个重要行政职务，包括商学院副院长、工商管理硕士课程主任、博士课程主任及经济学系系主任等。我相信，在他的领导下，商学院一定有出色的表现。」
