糅合科技与摄影 科大「天地自然．文化风采－李天文摄影展」
香港科技大学图书馆举办国际知名得奖摄影师李天文博士的个人摄影展，李天文的作品曾于2013年荣获Windland Smith Rice国际最佳自然摄影大奖(Nature's Best Photography Windland Smith Rice International Competition)，在全球50个国家的25,000件参赛作品中脱颖而出。
「天地自然．文化风采－李天文摄影展」以多媒体方式展出48张出色的摄影作品，展示不同野生动物的生活姿态，当中包括曾于美国自然历史国家博物馆展出的得奖作品「棕熊猛扑」。
「能够在香港科技大学举行首次个人摄影展，我感到十分荣幸和兴奋。」李天文博士续称：「我十分喜欢野生动物及摄影，希望我的作品能够唤起大众对大自然生态的关注。」
李天文博士在香港长大和接受教育，中学会考时考获十优佳绩，取得奖学金到美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)取得学士学位，再攻读生物医学工程博士学位，当时在UCLA任教的校长陈繁昌教授正是李天文的论文导师。李天文博士现定居于美国，负责管理全球生物药业龙头美国安进公司(Amgen)的医学图像数据处理中心。凭借对野生动物的热爱和好奇心，李天文博士将先进的影像数据处理技术与创意结合，拍摄出既有艺术感又前所未见的影像，将野生动物活现于作品之中。李天文博士屡获殊荣，曾赢得北美自然摄影协会（NANPA）十佳作品奖，其作品「鱼与熊掌」更被选作该协会年度大赛杂志《Expressions》的封面。
是次摄影展是科大成立25周年的庆祝活动之一，并由科大图书馆及出版技术中心联合举办。李天文博士亦会主持讲座，分享他在学术、事业及摄影的宝贵经验，他的作品亦会制成画册及名信片，以纪念这特别的时刻。
