CBE Year-End Gathering Party 2023

The Year-End Party of the department was a resounding success, with over 200 participants, including faculty, staff, postgraduates, undergraduates, together with collaborators and alumni.

The department's Year-End Party was a celebration of another successful year in the holiday spirit, showcasing the incredible talents within their community. The attendees were individuals with passions, talents, and a desire to create lasting memories. The performances and experiences highlighted the diversity and creativity of the postgraduate community, making it a night to remember.

Prof. Cui Yi, Professor at Stanford University spoke at the CBE Year-End Party on December 20.

PhD students Yican Qiu and Minjee Park, from Prof. Minhua Shao's group, presented a violin solo and duo that captivated the audience.

Song Jiayu, a postdoctoral researcher from Prof. King Lun Yeung's group, wowed the audience with her stunning ballet performance.

Chen Junhong, an MSc student, left the audience in awe with his impressive diabolo skills.

Prof. Guohua CHEN addressed the audience at the CBE Year-End Party on December 20.

Prof. Hanyu Gao, Prof. Terence Wong, and Prof. Frank LAM of CBE took to the stage to sing a song that amazed the audience.
