杨海教授研究项目获2024-25年度「策略性公共政策研究资助计划」拨款资助
由香港科技大学（科大）土木及环境工程学系讲座教授杨海带领的研究项目，获得2024-25年度「策略性公共政策研究资助计划」拨款资助。项目名称为「粤港澳大湾区先进空中运输网络发展策略研究」，团队成员包括同系的郑展鹏教授及科大商学院的吕国栋教授，科大（广州）的贾帅教授及孙晓通教授，以及香港理工大学的刘威教授。
项目旨在设计丶分析和评估先进空中运输网络基础设施，确保无人机安全和高效运行。团队期望能在科大低空经济「监管沙盒」进行实时空中运输交流测试，并开发 3D 模拟框架，以应对无人机营运上的挑战，推动大湾区空中运输网络发展的解决方案。项目的推行期为三年（2025至2027年）。
「策略性公共政策研究资助计划」是政府为支持高等院校及智库推行实证为本的本地公共政策研究而设的资助计划。特首政策组为资助计划的秘书处。
