技术转移中心举办知识产权讲座“知识产权及其保护策略”
技术转移中心在2018年9月14日于周德新讲堂举办知识产权讲座。该讲座邀请了美国知识产权法律事务所Nath, Goldberg & Meyer 的合伙人Jerald L. Meyer律师及Gregory B. Kang律师以「知识产权及其保护策略」为题，介绍知识产权的基础知识。
技术转移中心在2018年9月14日于周德新讲堂举办知识产权讲座。该讲座邀请了美国知识产权法律事务所Nath, Goldberg & Meyer 的合伙人Jerald L. Meyer律师及Gregory B. Kang律师以「知识产权及其保护策略」为题，介绍知识产权的基础知识。
在是次讲座里，Kang律师介绍了各种知识产权类型，其中包括专利、商标、版权（包括软件和数据库）、商业秘密、技术和外观设计等，并针对各类发明提出最佳保护策略，让听众对知识产权有初步的认识。其后Meyer律师对专利作深入介绍，对专利申请及审查程序作出详细解释，指出申请专利的最佳时机，探讨申请专利对公开发明的影响，并指出专利与其他知识产权类型的联系。最后，Meyer律师更针对如何提高发明价值给予实用建议。是次讲座反应热烈，听众超過180人。
