技术转移中心举办知识产权讲座“快看！我有个新发明，接下来该怎么办？”
技术转移中心在2017年9月15日于曾肇添展艺厅举办知识产权讲座。该讲座邀请了美国知识产权法律事务所Nath, Goldberg & Meyer 的合伙人Joshua B. Goldberg律师及Jerald L. Meyer律师以“快看！我有个新发明，接下来该怎么办？”为题，介绍知识产权的基础知识。
技术转移中心在2017年9月15日于曾肇添展艺厅举办知识产权讲座。该讲座邀请了美国知识产权法律事务所Nath, Goldberg & Meyer 的合伙人Joshua B. Goldberg律师及Jerald L. Meyer律师以“快看！我有个新发明，接下来该怎么办？”为题，介绍知识产权的基础知识。
在是次讲座里，Goldberg律师和Meyer律师介绍了知识产权的不同类型，其中包括专利、商标、版权、外观设计、植物品种专利、商业秘密等，并针对不同性质的发明提出最佳的知识产权保护策略，让听众对知识产权有初步的认识。其后Meyer律师对专利作深入介绍，介绍了专利申请及审查程式，并指出专利与其他知识产权保护如何互相交集。最后，Meyer律师也提供了一些如何提高发明价值的建议。是次讲座反应热烈，听众多达170人。
