T&M-DDP 20th Anniversary Dinner
Dual Degree Program in Technology & Management (T&M-DDP) has been a trailblazer in interdisciplinary education at HKUST in 2003. Over the years, T&M-DDP has evolved to meet the changing needs of students and the industry and has stayed at the forefront of providing a world-class interdisciplinary education that emphasizes technological innovation and managerial leadership.
To celebrate this important 20th anniversary milestone, the T&M-DDP 20th Anniversary Celebration Dinner was held on April 15, 2023, gathering around 300 guests, including alumni, current students, HKUST faculty and staff, and corporate partners.
During the dinner, Prof. Pedro SANDER and Prof. Hong XU, Co-directors of T&M-DDP highlighted the outstanding achievements of the graduates and their promising career prospects. They also revealed the latest development in the program's commitment to staying FRESH: Futuristic, Resilient, Entrepreneurial, Spirited, and Hard-working. Meanwhile, Prof. Betty LIN, Associate Director of T&M-DDP, showcased the exclusive TEMG corporate-sponsored courses and activities supported by industry partners and alumni over the years.
A special shout-out was given to Prof. Chi Ming CHAN, Co-founder of T&M-DDP, Prof. Huamin QU, Director of IPO, Prof. Kai-lung HUI, former Co-director of T&M-DDP and current Senior Associate Dean of Business School, Prof. King CHOW, former Director of IPO and current Acting Dean of Students, the Industrial Advisory Board members, and corporate partners who have been instrumental in the program's success. It was a memorable evening for T&M-DDP family. T&M-DDP will continue to nurture global leaders with technology savvy and business acumen in the years to come.
