Rewarding Experience with Red Cross
Technology & Management Dual Degree Program second-year student Candy Ng undertook a three-month internship from June to August with the Red Cross in Beijing. During her internship she assisted in the Red Cross Star River Project and helped to raise funds for mine accident victims and poor children in China. She also assisted in organizing a press conference in “The Great Hall” (人民大會堂) where she was asked to serve as an interpreter for overseas Red Cross delegates.
