Prof. Frank L Y LAM has been appointed as Associate Dean of Students effective on May 1, 2020
Prof. Frank Lam has been appointed by the President as Associate Dean of Students effective May 1, 2020, concurrent with his appointment at CBE.
Being one of the Hall Masters at HKUST and a star teacher at CBE, Frank has demonstrated passions and skills to manage student-related matters.
