Opening Reception of IPO Zone
The renovation work of Interdisciplinary Programs Office (IPO) area has been finished! With colourful puzzles on walls, puzzle shape pictures and notice boards, new logo around the corner, a cheery and energetic identity is created for the IPO community. To celebrate the launching of the brand new IPO Zone, an Opening Reception was held on 17 April 2015 at IPO Learning Commons A.
Over 80 guests including IPO students, faculty and staff members from IPO, other Schools and Departments joined the Reception. IPO Director, Prof. King L Chow, welcomed all guests to this colourful area. He was very glad that the two Divisions and all IPO programs’ offices were finally grouped together under the same roof. Through this renovation, King aimed to create a cheerful and unity environment for all IPO members to study, work and have fun. He especially encouraged students to come over and make good use of the rooms at the new IPO Zone.
We all had a great time in enjoying the refreshments as well as mingling with colleagues and friends.
