IPO Team Building at Ma Wan

To strengthen the bonding between IPO students, a team building program was held at Ma Wan on 21 Dec, 2022. 20 students were divided into 2 groups to complete team tasks, orienteering and a crate climbing challenge.
In the morning session, team tasks like animal juggling and stargate allowed students to warm up and get to know each other. As the team bonding grew stronger, the ‘Ma Wan Amazing Race’ a orienteering in Ma Wan, was introduced to let students complete mini games at different checkpoints and engage the team as a whole.
After lunch, students joined the most anticipated crate climbing, where they stacked and climbed a tower of crates of over 3 meters high. With the trust and support from teammates, all students managed to overcome the fear of height and climb to the top. Rating crate climbing as the most memorable challenge of the day, the students also liked the positive learning atmosphere and enhancing their problem-solving and collaboration skills.
