HKUST GreenTech Ventures Shine at TechInnovation 2024 in Singapore
In a vibrant celebration of innovation and entrepreneurship, HKUST proudly presented six pioneering projects at TechInnovation 2024 in Singapore, catapulting the university's GreenTech initiatives to the vanguard of sustainable progress.
At the helm of this movement towards a more eco-conscious future stood the HKUST GreenTech Companies, a coalition comprising Coalot Tech Limited, EcoTech (HK) EnviroProtect Technology Limited, Enviridis Technology Limited, Guangzhou New Materials Intelligent Technology Co. Limited (NMI), Allegrow Biotech Limited, and Ooley Care Company Limited.
The notable engagement of these ventures includes:
- Allegrow Biotech Limited earned distinction as one of the Top 50 SLINGSHOT Domain Finalists at SWITCH 2024.
- Coalot Tech Limited, EcoTech (HK) EnviroProtect Technology Limited, and Ooley Care Company Limited claimed coveted spots in the Crowdpitching stage and Tech Spotlight pitching session at TechInnovation 2024.
Over the course of the three-day conference, HKUST GreenTech companies actively collaborated with local partners, exploring a diverse array of business and investment prospects alongside industry titans such as OCBC, the Singapore Green Building Council, Building & Construction Authority-Innovation Office, Frasers Property-Sustainability Office, Green A Consultants, Gobi Partners, and others.
