科大畢業生汪滔感謝教授的指導及大學的支持，啟發他踏上創業之路，並成為成功企業家，研製實用兼娛樂皆宜的無人直升機，開創一系列應用方式。
科大電子及計算機工程學系畢業生汪滔（2006 年工學士〔電機及電子工程學〕，2011年哲學碩士〔電子及計算機工程學〕）成功實現創造飛行器的夢想。今天的汪滔是大疆創新科技有限公司（DJI Innovations）的行政總裁兼技術總監。該公司現時已成為全球領先的無人駕駛直升機製造商，專門研發及生產高效能、安全可靠及簡單易用的輕盈無人 駕駛直升機，作商業及消閒的用途。
在科大的學習過程中，汪滔把握機會發展多元才能和興趣。汪滔從學習中獲得啟導和激勵，立志創造最佳的無人 駕駛直升機。於創業路途上，汪滔把從科大學習的知識融會貫通應用於現實情況，成就他的創業理想。為追求自己的夢想堅持不懈、充滿熱誠和勇氣，以及從失敗中 汲取經驗，正是汪滔取得卓越成就的關鍵。
