機械工程學研究生隊伍於「2024年中國大學生機械工程創新創意大賽」奪一等獎
香港科技大學機械及航空航天工程學系研究生組成隊伍，於「2024年中國大學生機械工程創新創意大賽—智能精密裝配賽（粵港澳賽區選拔賽）」中奪一等獎。比賽由中國機械工程學會主辦，於2024年8月16至17日在深圳大學舉行。
隊伍由機械及航空航天工程學系的段默龍教授指導，成員包括機械工程學哲學博士生周屹、劉帥及王思辰，機械工程學哲學碩士生葉鵬飛，以及綜合系統與設計學部本科生徐子奕。他們將於本年稍後連同其他出線隊伍，參加於北京理工大學舉行的全國賽。
比賽圍繞機械工程領域的創新和發展，旨在鼓勵大學生通過創新思維和實踐能力，解決機械工程領域的實際問題，推動行業的進步。參賽作品須能夠將裝配過程精確數字孿生技術、圖像識別與精確對準技術、精密抓取技術、精密螺紋連接技術等智能裝配關鍵技術，與經濟社會各領域緊密結合。
