科大「STEAM in Summer」活动启发中小学生探索科学丶科技与工程
香港科技大学（科大）工学院环球社会中心于2024年7月6日在科大校园举办了名为「STEAM in Summer」的暑期活动，为约300名中小学师生提供了独一无二的STEAM学习体验。
活动包括STEAM比赛体验丶互动STEAM摊位丶DIY游戏区和工作坊。STEAM比赛体验让参加者一尝环球社会中心两大STEAM竞赛——「水底机械人大赛」及「机械人探索杯」的乐趣。互动STEAM摊位展示了各种科技项目，包括 Micro:bit 的相关项目及早前于国际赛事中获奖的艺术机械人。在专为教师而设的工作坊上，教师们学习如何将新开发的扩增实境（AR）应用程式用于水底机械人中。
是项活动圆满成功，并进一步彰显大学在培育新一代创新人才的承担和努力。
