技术转移中心举办知识产权讲座「我的发明能成功申请专利吗？专利101–专利法的基本概念」
技术转移中心在2019年4月1日于李兆麟伉俪演讲厅 (LT-K) 举办知识产权讲座。该讲座邀请了香港知识产权法律事务所Eagle IP Limited 的副总裁及合伙人Jennifer Che律师以「我的发明能成功申请专利吗？专利101–专利法的基本概念」为题，为听众讲解专利的基础。

在是次讲座里，Che律师解释了专利法的基本概念，指出授权专利的必要条件。她深入浅出地讲解了专利与其他知识产权种类如版权、商标和商业秘密的差异，并讨论如何发展出有效的知识产权策略、发明人的重要性、发表将对专利带来什么影响，以及发明人在执行专利权利时的常见错误。
