Prof. David Hui to be Awarded Professor Emeritus Title upon his retirement
Professor David Chi Wai HUI will retire from the University on 1 July 2023, after 26 years of devoted service to HKUST since August 1997.
He has been awarded the title of Professor Emeritus in recognition of his many contributions to the students and the Department. He is one of the leading faculty members who have brought industry experiences to impact our chemical engineering education and research programs.
Congratulations to Prof. Hui on his appointment as Professor Emeritus and we wish him health, happiness, and longevity after the retirement.
