曾超华教授及王怡雯教授获选为青年科学家 于「2024世界顶尖科学家论坛」上发表演说
香港科技大学（科大）工学院两位教授，获选为2024世界顶尖科学家论坛「青年科学家」，早前于论坛上发表演说。
两位教授分别是土木及环境工程学系的曾超华教授，及电子及计算机工程学系以及化学及生物工程学系的王怡雯副教授，演讲主题分别为「重新构想香港生物质的资源循环」及「通过行为强化进行生成神经尖峰预测以实现认知义肢」。论坛上获选的「青年科学家」仅有八位。
论坛由世界顶尖科学家协会主办，于2024年10月25日至27日在上海举行。活动自2018年首办，经历六年发展，已成为全球规模最大丶规格最高的年度科学盛会之一。本年的论坛以「卓越科学丶创新致成」为主题，滙聚来自全球约20个国家和地区近300位顶尖科学家，参与深入讨论，共同推动国际合作及科学进步。
科大校长叶玉如教授于论坛的开幕礼上担任主题演讲环节的主持。论坛的其他与会者并包括化学及生物工程学系的孙飞教授和Yoonseob KIM助理教授。
