倪明选校长慰问港科大（广州）校园建设者
7月14日上午，香港科技大学（广州）校长倪明选教授率队到香港科技大学（广州）项目现场，慰问坚守在高温下的一线建设者。南沙开发区管委会副主任黄晓峰，香港科技大学（广州）校长特别助理、校长办公室主任李斌博士，南沙产业园管理局及设计、建设、监理、管理单位代表共同参加。
倪明选校长向奋战在一线的建设者致以慰问。他表示，项目建设团队克服极端天气、疫情等因素的影响，夜以继日地投身到港科大（广州）校园建设中，以确保身后55栋建筑能在9月1日开学前正式投入使用。倪明选校长代表港科大和港科大（广州），向香港科技大学（广州）校园的每一位建设者表示衷心感谢。
南沙区管委会副主任黄晓峰表示，感谢倪明选校长率队到项目现场慰问。这几天正逢高温酷暑，每个建设者艰辛的汗水，都融化在脚下港科大（广州）的泥土里。感谢倪校长的深情厚谊，建设者们必不辜负国家、省、市、区和校方的期待，以及全世界的瞩目 。
校园建设者代表表示，很荣幸能参与到香港科技大学（广州）这一高水平大学的工程建设中，将一如既往、一鼓作气，持续又好又快地完成校园建设的收尾工作。
慰问团还向工地各部门代表送上了凉茶、防暑降温包等慰问物资。
