Prof Lionel Ni's 973 Project Application Recently Approved by MOST
Prof Lionel Ni's 973 project application was recently approved by the MOST. Although he is representing Shanghai Jiaotong University, HKUST along with Shanghai Jiaotong, University of Science and Technology of China and Harbin Institute Tech are four major participating universities with equal share of the budget (it is estimated to be around RMB$25M).
